Recycled Polyester
Durable, lightweight and quick-drying. It puts plastic already in the world back to work, reducing the need for virgin polyester and the fossil fuels used to produce it.

TENCEL™ Lyocell
A soft, wood-based fibre that supports moisture control and all-day comfort. It is produced through a closed-loop process that recovers and reuses nearly all of the processing solvent.

Transparency

We do not want you to rely on vague promises. Where applicable, we look to recognised standards and traceability systems to help verify materials, textile safety and production practices.
Certifications apply to the specific fabrics and products carrying the relevant certification—not automatically to every ALCIMA garment.
Global Recycled Standard
Verifies recycled materials and tracks them through the supply chain. It also includes environmental, social and chemical requirements for certified processing facilities.
FiberPrint® Technology
A proprietary tracer embedded into REPREVE® fibres that helps authenticate recycled material and trace it through the supply chain.
U-TRUST® Verification
Works with FiberPrint® to provide product authentication and additional traceability for eligible REPREVE® materials.
Global Organic Textile Standard
GOTS verifies textiles made with certified organic fibres and establishes environmental, human-rights and social requirements across certified stages of processing.
OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100
Verifies that every component of a certified textile product has been tested for the presence of harmful substances.

Care & Circularity

How you care for your activewear affects how long it stays with you. Following the care instructions for each garment helps protect its fit, feel and performance through repeated wear.
We are also developing an ALCIMA circularity program to help repair or responsibly recycle eligible pieces when they can no longer be worn. More details will be shared as the program becomes available.
