Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time will depend on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout.

You will see an estimated delivery timeframe before completing your purchase. Once your order is on its way, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its progress

We currently ship exclusively within the United States. At this time, we are unable to accept or deliver international orders

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow its journey.

Please allow a little time for the carrier to update the tracking information. If you cannot find the email, check your spam or junk folder. You can also contact us with your order number, and we will be happy to help.

We offer free returns and exchanges on eligible items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and returned with all tags intact.

Final-sale items are not eligible. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after the return has been received and inspected.

Log in to your ALCIMA account, open the relevant order and follow the prompts in the returns portal.

If you cannot access the portal or need assistance, email support@alcima.com before sending anything back. Once your request is approved, follow the return instructions provided and package the item securely.

Orders begin processing as soon as they are submitted, so we are unable to cancel or change them after they have been placed.

If you no longer wish to keep your order, eligible items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.

Every ALCIMA garment includes care instructions based on its specific fabric and construction. Always check the care label attached to your item for the best results.

As a general guide:

• Wash cold on a gentle cycle
• Use a mild, eco-friendly detergent
• Avoid bleach and fabric softeners
• Air dry whenever possible
• Do not iron prints or logos

Not at ALCIMA. We select more responsible materials for their comfort, stretch, support and durability, then use them to create clean, versatile designs that perform through movement and fit naturally into everyday life.

For us, sustainability means creating activewear you will genuinely enjoy wearing, reach for often and keep for longer.

All ALCIMA fabrics are Global Recycled Standard certified. Depending on the product, additional certifications or verification systems may include:

All ALCIMA fabrics meet GRS requirements, including its standards for chemical use and dyes. Some fabrics are also OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certified, but this does not apply to every product.

For ALCIMA, sustainability means considering both the person wearing our activewear and the planet affected by its production. We prioritise recycled and certified materials, work with recognised textile standards and design versatile pieces intended to be worn often and kept for longer.

Through our 1% for the Planet commitment, we contribute 1% of annual sales to environmental organisations working to protect our shared future.

We use carefully selected materials that balance performance, comfort and lower environmental impact. Depending on the product, these include GOTS-certified organic cotton, recycled polyester made from post-consumer plastic bottles, and REPREVE® recycled nylon and polyester. Spandex is added where needed for stretch and support.

We work with manufacturing and supply partners that follow recognised standards, including the Global Recycled Standard and Global Organic Textile Standard.

At certified stages of production, these standards establish requirements for material traceability, environmental practices, safe working conditions, workers’ rights and protections against forced or child labour. They provide independent verification and greater accountability throughout the production process.

We use a combination of recycled and biodegradable packaging materials wherever possible. Not every packaging component is biodegradable, but we aim to keep packaging minimal and reduce unnecessary waste.

The Nova Collection runs one size smaller than our standard fit. We recommend ordering one size up. For example, if you normally wear a Small, choose a Medium in Nova.

Choose the smaller size for a closer, more compressive fit or the larger size for a more relaxed feel. If your waist and hips fall into different sizes, choose the size that corresponds with your hip measurement.

Use your bust measurement as your primary guide. For compression bras and high-support styles, consider sizing up for greater comfort. Remember to size up in all Nova Collection styles.

Our suggested inseam for full-length leggings and bottoms is approximately 27 to 28 inches

Use a soft measuring tape and keep it comfortably snug without pulling it tight.

• Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust.
• Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button.
• Hips: Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat.
• Inseam: Measure from the top of your inner thigh to your preferred hem length.
